When Tungsten Investment Fund requested team portraits, they had one clear stipulation: no dull backdrops. No sterile white walls. No lifeless gray gradients.

The result? A dynamic three-day reportage spanning Zurich and Frankfurt, captured entirely in striking black and white.

The challenge: photographing the team in their natural habitat, crafting portraits that not only reflect their professionalism but also their personality. The approach? Letting each setting tell a story—because finance may be about numbers, but great portraits are all about character.

Two cities, Zurich and Frankfurt, one week, and seven intense days of planning, shooting, and editing later, I delivered a collection of images that are anything but business as usual.
